You can get the Auspice Sliver from the new Echo of War: Inner Beat’s Battlefield. So you won’t be able to farm in advance for Moze at all. You can, however, still get his Hunt Trace Materials. Meteoric Bullets and its more advanced versions are available via the Calyx (Crimson): Bud of the Hunt in the SoulGlad Scorchsand Audition Venue on Penacony.
